RM Sotheby’s is delighted to partner with Sotheby’s for The Hong Kong Sales, an exciting lineup of nearly 20 auctions celebrating all aspects of luxury and hosted at the city’s Hong Kong Convention and Exhibition Centre from 2–9 April.

Offered via Sotheby’s Sealed, the headline automotive lot is a particularly special example of Porsche’s landmark 918 Spyder hypercar. One of just four to be delivered new to Hong Kong, this significant collector car has never been registered and is presented in almost as-new condition with less than 70 kilometres on its odometer. The car is attractively finished in Rhodium Silver Metallic over Black leather and is optioned with the highly desirable Weissach Package. Offered directly from its first and only owner, this Porsche 918 ‘Weissach’ Spyder offers an unrepeatable opportunity to acquire a factory-fresh example of Stuttgart’s seminal hybrid hypercar.

The Porsche will be joined on display by a 2010 Ferrari 599 GTO—one of just 599 examples built and around 100 specified in right-hand-drive, just a few of which were delivered to Hong Kong. Registered in the country, it is finished in Rosso Corsa with a Grigio Silverstone Opaco roof and has covered just under 16,200 kilometres in the care of just two owners. The Ferrari is available for immediate acquisition via RM Sotheby’s Private Sales.

Both vehicles will be available to view at the Hong Kong Convention and Exhibition Centre on 2–6 April from 10:00 a.m.–6:00 p.m. HKT.   

Away from the automotive sales, Sotheby’s Asia will host a number of significant auctions covering the very best in art, jewellery, and horology, with highlight lots including a Patek Philippe Reference 2526, the first self-winding wristwatch made specifically for renowned collector J.B. Champion; a dazzling coloured diamond and diamond necklace by Boucheron; and The Macallan The Reach 81 Year Old 41.6 abv 1940.
