Monterey 2022—1966 Ferrari 275 GTB/C by Scaglietti

A highly desirable example of the final GT sports-racing model built by Maranello’s competition department.

More than a mere letter, the “Competizione” variant of the quintessential Ferrari grand tourer elevated an already-heralded car into the top tier of 1960s motoring. A revised dry-sump, twelve-cylinder engine with triple Weber carburetors, thin-gauge aluminum skin, and twin fiberglass fuel tanks with 36-gallon capacity round out the motorsport-spec features. Watch as these features are expertly detailed in this one-of-twelve third series example crosses the block in Monterey this week.
