Emerging onto the racetrack in 2006, the Ferrari F430 GT3 was developed by JMB Racing to compete in the FIA GT3 European Championship. The GT3 was based on the F430 Challenge, and shared various components including the engine. What makes this variant special is its fitment of the most powerful version of Ferrari’s 4.3-litre V-8, producing a staggering 550 horsepower.
This GT3 was fielded by Scuderia Giudici and first raced on 7 October 2007 in the GT Open at the Autodromo Nazionale di Monza, driven by former Italian Formula 1 racing driver, Alessandro Nannini, and team owner, Gianni Giudici. The pair failed to finish the first race but completed the second, finishing in 23rd overall and first in the “GTB” class. This GT3 raced again on 20 April 2008, again in the GT Open, this time at the Autodromo Vallelunga, driven by Giudici and Raffaele Raimondi. They finished 20th in race one and 18th in race two.
Today, this F430 GT3 is presented in a similar livery to what it wore at Vallelunga. Both Nannini and Giudici have signed the roof of the car. Offered alongside this GT3 are copies of the CSAI Passaporto Tecnico, FIA Technical Fiche, F430 Challenge Technical Manual, and four BBS alloy wheels with tyres.
