Terry & Elaine Lawrie are among Australia’s foremost automotive artists, designers with a passion for automotive art developed since Terry saw the 1956 Australian Grand Prix from his dad’s shoulders when he was just seven years old.

Their latest work celebrates the 50th anniversary of one of the greatest scientific achievements, landing two NASA astronauts on the moon and returning them safely to Earth.

From the Dark Side of the Moon is a large (7 ft diameter) wall hanging sculpture. It is created from various auto parts including “Moon Eyes,” “Baby Moon Eyes,” and Dodge Polara hubcaps, along with a Vintage glass fuel pump bowl and various other parts. The sculpture’s valleys, craters, lunar landing module, and the American flag further enhance the piece’s historic tribute.
