Continuing in production as a smaller alternative to Cadillac, but sharing many mechanical details almost simultaneously; LaSalle blended smoothly into the rhythm offering style and performance in a compact package as a more affordable price while preserving Cadillac as the pinnacle of Sloan's hierarchy of aspirations. Bodies shared with Cadillac's Series 62, but distinguished by LaSalle's distinctive vertical grille, flanking fender grilles and headlights in the front fenders.

The Touring Sedan is finished in gray with beautiful brightwork, whitewall tires and polished wheel covers. Moving this car down the road is an eight-cylinder engine backed by a column-shifting manual transmission. The interior is tailored with lovely upholstery and shows to be in order throughout.
