"Classic styling...timeless elegance... enhanced for '63 in keeping with its traditional lasting beauty and bold new approach to luxury and power!" These are words Studebaker used in part to promote the Gran Turismo Hawk in period. The Studebaker Hawk was produced from 1962-1964 and this particular car is one of less than 5,000 built with far fewer remaining today. It is finished in Champagne Gold with red interior and is powered by a 289-cid, 210-hp V-8 engine with dual exhaust and an automatic transmission, power steering, power brakes, original interior, original hubcaps, nicely presented chrome and floor mats. The car has 93,000 actual miles and is reported to drive as well as it looks. Additional features include bucket seats, original factory radio, woodgrain dash, center console, factory tachometer, radial whitewall tires, carpeted trunk and the original jack. The Gran Turismo Hawk is accompanied by documentation that includes copy of the original build sheet, original owner's manual, original owner's service policy and maintenance records.
