122 bhp, 324.3 cu. in. OHV V-8 engine, four-speed Super Hydra-Matic transmission, coil spring independent front suspension, live rear axle with semi-elliptic leaf springs, and four-wheel hydraulic drum brakes. Wheelbase: 122 in.

Together with Cadillac, Oldsmobile led the industry with the introduction of a pillarless “hardtop” coupe in 1949. Olds’ version was called the “Holiday”; by the time this 1956 model was built, the Holiday coupe was the most popular 88 style. With a complete history from new, this remarkable Oldsmobile comes with its original sales invoice. With just 60,000 miles showing, it is original, except for a partial repaint in the original Antique White over Ice Green; although, the original upholstery beams through clear plastic seat covers.

The wide whitewalls are new Goodyear radials, giving the car improved handling and an excellent ride. Equipped with a radio and heater, it has the correct rear fender skirts, full disc flipper wheel covers, and carpeted floors. The winner of an AACA First Place Award, it comes with full ownership history and owner’s and service manuals. As they seldom come this nice and original, this car represents an unusual opportunity.
