300 hp, 327 cu. in. V-8 engine, single four-barrel carburetor, four-speed manual transmission, front and rear independent suspensions, and four-wheel hydraulic disc brakes. Wheelbase: 96 in.

While many enthusiasts tend to focus on the fuel-injected and “big-block” Corvettes, the standard 327 V-8 engine provided very high performance as well. This Rally Red example still retains its original numbers matching 327/300 horsepower V-8, with suffix HJ, correct for the high performance four-speed and air conditioning options. While the drivetrain appears to be the original and is quite clean, items like the hoses and clamps have been upgraded over time. The well-trimmed interior features black leather upholstery, a teak steering wheel, and an AM/FM radio. The top and rear window have likely been replaced, as they appear to be in excellent condition. Other exterior features include cast aluminum knock-off style turbine wheels and radial tires. The paint is quite presentable; however, it shows a patina commensurate to the older restoration. Overall, this is a strong driver-quality Corvette with a very desirable small block combination that will please its next owner.
