Replacing the 575M Maranello as Ferrari’s flagship offering, the 599 GTB Fiorano boasted a completely new design that marked a step away from its more analog predecessors. At its heart was Ferrari’s Tipo F140 V-12 engine, which had been first seen in Ferrari’s fabled Enzo. In the 599 GTB, it produced 612 bhp and 448 foot-pounds of torque, both record figures at the time for a normally aspirated series production V-12. Coupled to the F1 superfast transmission, the car could sprint from a standstill to 124 mph in just eleven seconds, leading to a top speed of 205 mph.

Built in March of 2011, the 599 GTB Fiorano left Ferrari’s headquarters in Maranello destined for Canada, where it has remained from new. Finished in Nero over a Cuoio colour scheme, the car boasts a handful of desirable options including Scuderia shields, Giallo-painted brake calipers, 20-inch Challenge wheels, a Giallo tachometer, Daytona-style seat inserts, and the interior carbon fiber package which consists of carbon fibre dashboard and center-console trim. The car presents in very well-kept condition throughout and retains its original manuals, car cover, battery tender, and tool kit.

Raising the standard of performance not only in the industry, but for all Ferrari’s cars to come, the 599 GTB provide to be a huge success and today represents remarkable value and performance. Having been driven less than 28,700 km from new, this example would surely be a thrill to drive and enjoy.
