This 2008 Chevrolet Corvette ZO6 was purchased from the world famous Bondurant School of High Performance Driving as they recently purchased identical replacement cars that are 2012 models. The ZO6 Corvettes were primarily used for braking exercises, hence the reason they have low miles. It was not a lapping track car.

The ZO6 Corvette was designed with the racetrack in mind. It comes from the factory with an LS7 505 horsepower engine that includes a dry-sump oil system for road racing. It has the big brakes, big wheels and tires, battery relocated to the rear for weight distribution, wide body and upgraded suspension in addition to a unique aluminum frame for weight savings.

The car has been very well maintained and has a thick binder of maintenance records. No expense was spared in the proper upkeep of this ZO6. The Bondurant school is the most well-known racing school in the country. Many high-profile customers attend, so it is important that the car performs flawlessly at all times.

This ZO6 is primarily stock; upgrades include performance friction race brake pads, custom alignment specifications and a 160-degree thermostat. The car has had all of the school related decals removed and the paint is nearly perfect.
