This series J800, style number 867, 1959 Chevrolet Corvette roadster (one of 9,690 manufactured for the 1959 model year) in Tuxedo Black with optional Inca Silver cove and white top is the recent recipient of a frame-off, rotisserie restoration. Features include the correct 245-hp, dual four-barrel carbureted, 283-cid V-8, bucket seats and door panels with correctly reproduced upholstery patterns, tachometer, dual exhaust, fiberglass package tray, correct outside rear view mirror, refurbished trim, chrome, correct badges and bumpers. The 1959 Corvette utilized an independent front suspension consisting of upper and lower A-arms, unequal length wishbones, coil springs, anti-roll bar and tubular shocks.
