In 1963 Ford released two major improvements to the Falcon. Now available from the factory, was the new 260-cid, 164-hp V-8 engine. Also added was the Falcon convertible available in both Sprint and Futura models. The Sprint was available box stock with simulated hood scoop, bucket seats, console, 6000-rpm tachometer, sports-type steering wheel, simulated wire wheel covers, as well as deluxe interior trim package and exterior molding. This Rangoon Red Falcon Sprint has been restored to beautiful original condition.

It features a new top, paint, tires, tachometer, 500-cfm carburetor, intake manifold, aluminum Falcon valve covers, shocks and Flowmaster stage II mufflers with new exhaust and exhaust tips. The engine, transmission and front suspension were rebuilt in 2002 and have only 4,000 miles since that time. The bumpers have been triple-plated and the push-button radio is original.
