The Cuda being offered was built in California and remained there until the current owner purchased the vehicle in 2003. Equipped with the U-code 440-cid, 375-hp V-8 engine mated to a floor-mounted four-speed manual transmission with Pistol-Grip shifter it also retains its original 4739 Carter carburetor. The rear end is produced by Dana with 3.54 gearing. This is one of 334 built to these specifications and the car retains its original fender tag. It is stated that California built cars rarely came with build sheets.

The Cuda is finished in F8 code Ivy Green which is reported to be spectacular and shows as such. The car has the correct collapsible spare tire; Rallye wheels and sport mirror are optional equipment. The engine is said to run strong and retains most of its original equipment, including the distributor and the original exhaust manifolds come with the car.
