Ahead of RM Sotheby’s Munich auction, the M3 GT has been extensively recommissioned under the care of the vendor. It was submitted to Autohaus Briem in August 2026 for an overhaul of the braking system, a major service, plus renewal of the gearbox and rear axle oil. Furthermore, a new serpentine belt was fitted, the wheels aligned, plus a replacement air conditioning compressor, headliner, and catalytic converters installed. The invoice on file totals €12,927.

Vor der Münchner Auktion von RM Sotheby's hat der Einlieferer den M3 GT umfassend wieder in Betrieb nehmen lassen. Im August 2026 überholte das Autohaus Briem die Bremsanlage, führte eine große Inspektion durch und wechselte Getriebe- und Hinterachsöl. Zusätzlich bekam der Wagen einen neuen Keilrippenriemen und eine Achsvermessung. Klimakompressor, Dachhimmel und Katalysatoren wurden ersetzt. Die vorliegende Rechnung beläuft sich auf 12.927 Euro.

Der offizielle BMW-Vertragspartner bestätigte außerdem Motor und Getriebe als Matching Numbers und bescheinigte dem Fahrzeug einen insgesamt guten Zustand. Bei der Katalogisierung zeigte der Kilometerzähler 68.674 km. Der M3 GT wird mit seiner Bordliteratur angeboten.
