Mr Kawasaki received this from Senna following his collision with Ferrari driver Nicola Larini after the start of the 1994 Pacific Grand Prix.
Mr Kawasaki was a technician at Honda's helmet development division (Rheos) who accompanied Senna and Berger to every race servicing and maintaining Rheos helmets. Senna affectionately called him Mr Helmet man.
