In 1975 the famous Trident electric-start model was announced. This was also the last year the Trident, one of the great British bikes.Thought of as the first real "super bike" by many.In 1975 The T150 becomes T160, restyled with BSA's angled engine (like Rocket 3 - both engines were made in the BSA factory) and improved frame. Trident gets front and rear disc brakes, electric starters and left-hand gear changers. A total of 27,480 Tridents would be made in its seven-year life.

A mechanicalrestoration has been performed and a mikuni conversion done to insure ridability.New mufflers, horn, wheel bearings, front forks.Believed to have been buit one or two weeks before production ceased. A fine example of the last of the big ones. Not often available to be purchased this bike is ready to be ridden or simply enjoyed. Offered with no Reserve!
