This example is perhaps one of the most important automotive bronzes created and, undoubtedly, one of the highlights of all the Stanley Wanlass bronzes. Dated in 1982, this bronze is a highly detailed example of the historic 1907 Thomas Flyer that ultimately won the grueling and treacherous race. It is mounted on a walnut base, number 17 of 30, and measures 34-inches long.
