“Plymouth is out to win you over” claimed ads in 1967; and by all means, this 1969 Plymouth Satellite is on a mission “to win you over.” This car started its life as a normal Plymouth Satellite that was powered by a 318-cid V-8 engine. Since then, it has undergone a complete rotisserie restoration with custom touches that help make this car almost completely new.
Under the hood is a 525 cubic inch Hemi that is producing a ground shaking 770 horsepower. The engine has Stage V heads, Stage V intake, Billet Specialties serpentine drive belt system, complete TTI 3-inch exhaust and a BeCool radiator. Backing the powerful engine is a Tremec TKO 600 five-speed manual transmission; and a 9-inch posi rear differential with 3.50:1 gears.
The chassis has a hydro-boost power four-wheel disc brakes, stainless steel plumbing for the brakes and fuel system, energy suspension, 0.96” torsion bars, heavy duty sway bar, stainless tubular upper control arms, custom subframe connectors and caloric traction bars.
The exterior is finished nicely with silver paint, cowl hood and black painted wheels with polished center caps. The black interior is tailored with a custom dash, Autometer gauges and Vintage Heat and Air.
