This is a very handsomely presented 911 Targa that is finished in white with a black Targa top section and rich burgundy leather seat interior. This H Programme model runs with a 3.2-liter horizontally-opposed six-cylinder engine that is connected to a, new for 1987, G50 manual transmission. This feature was reported in period as being easier to use through reinforcement and Borg-Warner synchromesh. Other highlights include sport steering wheel, power driver’s seat, VDO instrumentation, Bilstein shocks, forged Fuchs wheels in matching white, spare tire, toolkit and distinctive rear wing and “periscope” third brake light.
