The car has gone through a 100-percent body-off restoration that has resulted in an auto that “shows and drives as new.” It is powered by a freshly built, original 348-cid engine that has three two-barrel carburetors. This is connected to an uncommon column-mounted three-speed transmission and has Positraction. The engine also features a high-capacity alternator and a heavy-duty starter.

The Impala is finished in high-gloss black and has an eye-catching, triple panel purple and black lace finished roof. The custom interior seating is white Naugahyde with black piping – the Impala also has new air conditioning. It has an all-new headliner, extra chrome panel trim and a one-of-a-kind, white mother-of-pearl dashboard. It is also fitted with a stereo CD with sub-woofer.
