Part of the venerable 3000 series of roadsters from Austin-Healey, the BJ7 was a 2+2 meant to complement the two seat version and replace the standard four seater. It was also improved over previous models by the addition of wind up windows instead of side curtains and going to dual carbs to greatly simplify engine tuning. The 3000 have proven to be a popular sports car for their affordability and enjoyable driving character.
The car on offer has a fresh ground up restoration of a solid Alabama car. The car is presented in its original Healey Blue with blue leather, blue ever-flex top and boot. The Austin-Healey also has chrome wire wheels and is reported to be show quality and complete with the owners handbook.
