This white with black Firebird Trans Am is reported as a “real 455 car” that was the beneficiary of a restoration approximately three years ago, and it has been driven only 3,278 miles since. During the restoration, this solid California car had the desirable 455-cid V-8 engine rebuilt, as well as the four-speed manual transmission and rear end. It also received new paint, interior, exhaust and the suspension also received attention. The car is said to run and sound “great” and it is equipped with factory air conditioning; the stripes and bird emblem have been left off for its current presentation and the car has been slightly lowered and is fitted with American mag-style wheels.
