Penned by Lola designer Julian Sole, the open-cockpit Lola B1140 chassis was the first car to be designed for the then-new “low cost” LMP2 formula as created by the Automobile Club de l’Quest. Available with BMW, Ford, Honda Performance Development, Jaguar, Nissan and Toyota powerplant options, the B1140 enabled almost any privateer race team access to the cost-capped world of LMP2 on racing’s biggest stages.

This formerly HPD-powered example offers race-proven performance, having won the LMP2 class at Sebring in 2011 and again at Road America that same year. This car, along with the ARX-03s also for sale, carried Level 5 Motorsports to the 2011 ALMS LMP2 Team Championship as well as the 2011 LMP2 Drivers’ Championship.
