Automobile Magazine thoroughly approved of the new-for-2010 Camaro: “The Camaro essentially blows away its competition…” They even opined that other competitors in this class “seem absolutely primitive in comparison.” Today it is not nearly enough for a sports-based car to simply go fast and look great, it is also expected to be technologically advanced and fuel-efficient. The 2010 Camaro was created exactly for this mission. Its crafted sheetmetal is meticulously tailored to strict tolerances with indisputable style, but its visceral presence only hints at the modern technology that it cloaks.

Three packages were offered – LS, LT and SS; this example is the SS model and is finished in Inferno Orange with black stripes and black interior. This Camaro SS is powered by the 6.2-liter, 426-hp V-8 engine connected to a Hurst six-speed manual transmission. Brembo performance four-wheel disc brakes provided the stopping power for the 2010 SS models; this fine machine is reported to have been fitted with “all options.” Among these are console gauges, radio with CD, air conditioning, power sunroof, SS rear spoiler, factory alloy wheels, plus all of the now-expected power conveniences.
