Nice styling has always defined this period of Chevrolet half-ton pickups; as do vivid memories from climbing aboard your dad’s similar Chevy pickup as he, your brother and you get ready to embark on another trip to look at a long-lost classic that is about to become your next restoration project. So it was for some fortunate enough to grow up in the late 1950s and early 1960s when this sturdy platform was still used and seen on a consistent basis as a work truck or daily driver for the “working” generation.

This stepside pickup has been frame-off restored and is presented in dark blue with a two-tone light and dark brown interior and looks very clean throughout. The Chevrolet 3100 runs with an inline six-cylinder engine that is connected to a three-speed column-shift manual transmission. The pickup is restored in a period style and features a Chevrolet heater/defroster unit, painted wood bed, dual taillights, chromed bumpers, color-keyed steel wheels with caps and blackwall tires. This will be a wonderful truck to begin memories of your own family excursions.
