Ford’s “hardtop convertible,” the Skyliner was introduced in 1957 and carried forward into 1958. For 1959, it was positioned in a new Galaxie series, whose roofline the Skyliner inspired. Alas, it was the final year for its production, and rarest: just 12,915 were built.

This Skyliner stands out in an attractive shade of green with a tri-tone interior. It is driven by a V-8 engine with an automatic transmission and also has power steering, radio with rear speaker, clock, tinted glass, factory wheel covers and whitewall tires. The car is very clean, well detailed and noteworthy in many ways. All Skyliners are important, this example should not disappoint.
