Looked upon as the finest American car in its class when new; this stylish “Bubble Top” Impala Sport Coupe has received a complete frame-on restoration after beginning as an exceptional original vehicle that was totally rust-free. The older restoration is well maintained and continues to be presented in a “number one” condition. The engine compartment, undercarriage, trunk and interior are all detailed in a manner that is “show quality.”

Before being offered by the current owner, the Impala was with the same owner for 17 years. Throughout this time, this three-owner car has been kept in a heated garage. With routine care and maintenance the Impala continues to run and drive in an exceptional manner powered by its original V-8 engine that is matched up with an automatic transmission. The car has received recent brake, exhaust and front end work.

Among the many looked-for features on this model are fender skirts, Continental kit, dual exhaust, seat belts, dual mirrors, twin antennas, radio with rear speaker, tissue dispenser; power steering and brakes. The Impala is painted in the correct Jewel Blue finish and has a two-tone blue interior. Wide whitewall tires and factory wheel discs with spinners perfectly finish the fabulous presentation. The Impala series is easily identified by the crossed racing flag insignias affixed to the car as well as its triple taillights.

The Impala has received many awards and trophies in the New England area; First Place and Best in Show were commonplace in the time that the car was shown.
