This Dover White 1969 Chevrolet Impala SS convertible is powered by the Z24 (SS427) V-8 engine: this remained the Impala SS engine until 1994 when the Impala SS series ended. This is one of 2,455 units made for the 1969 model year, with 84,000 original miles. It has received a cosmetic restoration, including a new and correct red vinyl interior and a new black soft-top, with all new soft-top hardware. The original build sheet comes with the car. Newer radial tires are mounted on Rally wheels. The Impala is also fitted with a 12-bolt rear end and power brakes.
