The Chevrolet Confederate Two-Door Sedan uses a 194-cid, 60-hp overhead valve in-line six-cylinder engine that was called a Coach. This is mated to a three-speed manual transmission. The paint is deep burgundy with black, while the upholstery is gray fabric. The Confederate has chrome hood louvers and the wire wheels are finished in bright red. The engine has a 5.2 to 1 compression ratio, solid valve lifters are used and the engine has three main bearings. A Carter 1V model 150S carburetor is fitted. The platform is set on a 109-inch wheelbase.
