Restored to ride, this beautiful and iconic piece of Americana is the perfect bike for the AMCA rides, or for the next Cannonball race! Complete with the lighting components and many other extras, including a letter from the previous owner stating that he owned this bike for about 25 years.

Irv Truax rebuilt the engine in the mid-eighties, making for a strong and sweet runner, thanks in part to the after-market brass Schebler adjustable jet carburetor. He only rode the bike at meets or around the block, likely putting fewer than 100 miles on the bike. The headlight and tail light bracket are original but the tail light cup itself is reproduction. Also included is a new wiring harness (not installed) and two sets of Henderson decals. This motorcycle also features 19" Coker Diamond tread tires, and much safer tear drop center rims. The bike has a reverse gear allowing a sidecar option.

A The paint is purported to be the original hue, and is still very good; however, the nickel is showing some age related wear as it was replaced with NOS parts during the restoration. Also included with this motorcycle is a large file of documentation with receipts and extra parts.
