The 'Daytona' name was consequent from American rider Buddy Elmore's win at the 1966 Daytona 200 race held at the Daytona International Speedway in Daytona Beach, Florida. This maroon and white T100R runs with a 490-cc, 40-hp twin, four-stroke engine that is connected to a four-speed gearbox. This is a bike with characteristics built in that allowed it to compete with the top Japanese bikes of the day and became a legend along the way.
