Ford offered three-window and five-window coupes for the 1936 model year which today are among the most revered bodies for hot rodders and customizers. The all-steel bodies were built by Ford in-house and the Murray Body Co. on contract with Ford. They were nicely complemented by the Deluxe Tudor Sedan. Along with the companion Lincoln and Zephyr models, Ford was America’s style leader in the 1930s. This customized coupe features a Chevy V-8 backed by an automatic transmission. It is fully-equipped with power steering, power brakes, air conditioning, power windows and power locks. It has both a new fuel tank and a new fuel pump enhancing its reliability and on-road performance.
