This Javelin AMX carries a built 401-cid V-8 engine that is balanced and blueprinted with a mild cam and lifters. The transmission is a 727 Torque Flite that was rebuilt with a 3500-rpm stall street converter and is console mounted. The AMC is the recipient of a ground-up restoration on a solid Montana car. The car is equipped with factory air conditioning, bucket seats; power steering and brakes. The body of the Javelin was stripped to bare metal and finished with PPG materials and the Periwinkle Blue reflects nicely. The new white interior is striking and complements the white vinyl roof, white âTâ- shaped hood stripe and white lettered tires. It is complete with the Rally wheels that are period correct.
