1957 marked yet another complete line redesign for the Chrysler Corporation. Utilizing Virgil Exner’s “Forward Design,” cars were produced that were larger and sleeker than anything before. These design cues put a Chrysler at the forefront of automotive design for the late-fifties.

This 1957 Dodge Coronet Coupe is equipped with the “Red Ram” 325-cid, V-8 engine, paired with Chryslers well-known pushbutton automatic transmission. Power steering and power brakes make this Dodge an ease to drive. The two-tone green exterior colors are a perfect example of the unconventional, but eye-catching and popular paint colors offered in the mid-to-late fifties, and the green interior matches perfectly. This Coronet is also equipped with a factory AM radio. The engine bay displays well in its original aged condition and all hoses and clamps are accurate. This Dodge still sports its original Continental kit as well as its wheel covers. This coupe is sure to be a great driver, and its presence will definitely turn some heads!
