Please note this lot is currently under an order of seizure, which will be removed following the sale. Upon receipt of payment from the buyer, RM Sotheby’s will liaise with the appointed administrator for release of the seizure, which is expected to take approximately 10 days. During this time, lots will remain onsite at the Fiera Milano and collection can be arranged after confirmation from RM that the seizure order has been lifted.
For lots with a current Italian libretto, please be aware that the PRA must remove the seizure order from its records before re-registration can take place in any country. This process is expected to take 6-8 weeks, during which lots may be transported to an EU destination but may not be exported.

The only production model to come out of Romano Artioli’s short-lived Bugatti Automobili S.p.A. was the EB110 GT, of which only 139 were ever produced. Conceived to rival the likes of the Ferrari F40, Porsche 959, and Lamborghini’s new Diablo, the EB110 was designed by many of Italy’s already impressive motoring talent. Covering the carbon fibre chassis was an aggressively modern design, complete with Marcello Gandini’s signature “scissor doors.” Fitted with a mid-engined 3.5-litre quad-turbo V-12 connected to a six-speed manual transmission, the EB110 GT is capable of running at a top speed of over 343 km/h. The vehicle on offer here is a left-hand drive presented in Blu Elettrico with a grey leather interior, complete with its original ANSA exhaust system.
