40 hp, 200.5 cu. in. L-head inline four-cylinder engine, three-speed manual transmission, solid front axle with transverse semi-elliptic leaf spring, live rear axle with transverse leaf springs, and four-wheel mechanical drum brakes. Wheelbase: 103.5 in.

Like its predecessor, the Model T, the Model A was available in multiple configurations. During its production span, which lasted until 1931, Ford produced over four million examples, of which, one of the most popular body styles was the rumble seat roadster. It offered compact design, allowing two to three persons in the front, while the “trunk” opened to allow another two grown-ups, three well-behaved children, or a misbehaving mother-in-law! Presented in a very period-correct two-tone brown with orange accents, this roadster shows very well. Features include a grille stone guard, a rear spare with leather cover, Ford step plates, Ford glass, dual side mirrors, a vacuum operated wiper, and a rare Auto-Lite manifold interior heater. This car shows signs of an older yet full restoration with a detailed undercarriage. The upholstery is still in excellent condition, as is the cloth top. A bag containing side curtains is also included for cooler evening trips. As Model T Fords are very reasonable investments, this nicely restored roadster will be a pleasure to drive and enjoy.
