Aside from reasonable appointments, styling was another factor that appealed to buyers of the Ford Model A, especially since it mimicked that of the luxurious Lincoln motor cars. Presented in period-correct French Gray with a Thorn Brown beltline, orange pinstripes, and matching wire wheels, this lovely coupe is simply sharp. Prior to entering the collection, it received a full body-off restoration, which continues to gleam. The paint is very presentable, and the plated surfaces show only hints of age. A taupe checked fabric was selected for the seat covers, to match the door panels, while the headliner material has yet to be chosen. Ford script headlamps and Firestone tires maintain the period appearance. Very few miles have been driven in this vintage Ford, and little effort will be required to maintain its continued preservation.
