The current owner’s father acquired this Corvette on 14 August 1978 from Steakley Chevrolet of Dallas, Texas, and it has remained in their private collection ever since. Not shown in public and only recently detailed for sale, it remains completely original and has essentially only delivery mileage, with 152 actual miles at the time of cataloguing; the original factory assembly and delivery markings are even still present in various locations. It would be an outstanding addition to any collection of special low-mileage Corvettes, and certainly one of the few remaining opportunities to acquire such a car from its original owners.
