Lancia’s revolutionary Aurelia was updated for 1956 to meet the changing expectations of prospective buyers, especially those in the US market. Pinin Farina introduced a revised version called the Aurelia Convertible. The new model was only offered in left-hand-drive with a more practical, conventional windshield with quarter windows, enlarged doors with wind-down windows, and a lengthened interior. This example is the sixth produced of the updated series and underwent a comprehensive restoration under a previous owner in the 1990s. Its stunning Pinin Farina design paired with its advanced suspension and chassis design make the Aurelia equally rewarding on the road as it is on the display field.

The BMW Z8 was designed in homage to the iconic BMW 507 roadster of the late 1950s. Beneath the sleek, all-aluminum roadster body is the celebrated S62 V-8 engine derived from the E39 M5. This European-specification example is one of only 138 to be finished in Topaz Blue and is accompanied by its original matching hardtop. It has been regularly maintained by BMW Santogal of Lisbon since it was imported to Portugal and is ideal for the enthusiast who would prefer to enjoy their Z8 on the open road.

This example of the beloved E-Type roadster was delivered new to the Netherlands after leaving the Coventry factory in mid-April of 1962. Nearly 60 years later, it presents in excellent condition in its original color scheme of Opalescent Gray over black, free of rust and with a charming patina both inside and out. A true driver’s car, it was fitted with a Getrag five-speed gearbox for comfortable high-speed cruising, as well as Avon tires on Dunlop racing wheels reminiscent of period competition examples.

The Carrozeria Touring–bodied 2000 spider combines elegant styling with the lively 2,000 cc twin-cam inline four-cylinder engine and helped to bring a renewed interest in Alfa Romeo’s lineup following the Second World War. This example recently underwent a cosmetic recommissioning, including a repaint in the present color scheme of dark green with a new tan leather interior.

The Jaguar XK 120 Roadster is an integral part of Britain’s post-war automotive history. Sophisticated and sporty, the XK 120 proved to be a worthy competitor in racing outings as well as a thrilling road car. This example was completed in December of 1950 in Suede Green over a matching interior in RHD specification. It was later converted to left-hand-drive and repainted in Old English White over a red interior. It also received a C-type cylinder head, making it even more enjoyable and an ideal candidate for vintage events or just as an exciting weekend driver.

After commissioning a special design from Pinin Farina for the Simca 8, Henri Pigozzi displayed the prototype at the Simca stand at the Paris Salon to great acclaim, leading to a limited production as the Simca-Sport. This example spent the majority of its life in its native France and is presented today in wonderful original condition. It is an exciting opportunity to own a stylish cabriolet that gave contemporary models from Delahaye and Talbot a run for their money and would be a welcome entrant in a number of classic motoring events.

The E30 M3 is among BMW’s most celebrated models through its motorsport pedigree, incredible balance, and ferocious 2.3-liter inline four-cylinder engine built by BMW’s M division. In its six-year production run, only 786 convertible M3 examples were produced. This European-specification example features the dog-leg version of Getrag’s 265 five-speed manual paired to the 212 S14 2.3-liter engine and is only one of 12 ‘BB05’ M3 Cabriolets built for the Spanish market without catalytic converters.

The Pininfarina-designed Dino Spider was created as part of an agreement between Fiat and Ferrari to homologate a six-cylinder engine for Formula 2. The Dino was created to satisfy the FIA’s requirement of at least 500 units. This example features the 2.0-liter variant of the aforementioned engine and is finished in Bleu Francia with Black Skai interior. Following a recent mechanical overhaul, this example is ready to be used and enjoyed to its fullest.

Facel’s roots can be traced back to 1938, originally producing machine tools for the aircraft industry and later expanding to producing car bodies for Panhard and Simca. The handsome Facellia was introduced at the Paris Auto Show in October 1959, followed by the updated and improved F2 at the Geneva International Motor Show in 1961. Two prototypes and 679 production cabriolets were built between 1960 and 1962, including this charming red-over-black-leather example. A 1,646 cc twin-cam four-cylinder engine provided power to the rear wheels through a Pont-a-Mousson four-speed manual gearbox. It is a brilliant alternative to a Mercedes-Benz 190 SL or an Alfa Romeo Giulietta Spider and is certain to turn heads no matter where it is driven.

“America’s sports car” received improvements for the 1960 model year, thanks to continued work by famed GM engineer Zora Arkus-Duntov. This example, in the color scheme of Roman Red with White coves, features a matching red interior, period-correct wide whitewall tires, and a four-speed transmission. It joined the Sáragga Collection in 2004 and presents today as an excellent example of the American icon.
