The Plymouth Special Deluxe has a 218-cid, 97-hp inline six-cylinder engine with a column-mounted three-speed manual transmission as the source of its power. This example was repainted approximately ten years ago in its original color of Salvador Blue. The car has been mechanically freshened with new water pump, fan belt, transmission seals, rear end seals, clutch, pressure plate along with front and rear engine seals; the brakes have also been rebuilt. This sedan is equipped with a radio, clock, exterior windshield shade and options such as wide whitewall tires, chrome steel wheel covers and rear fender scuff guards.
