Addendum: All guns offered in this sale, including modern firearms and antiques, are sold “as is” and “for collector purposes only”. These guns should never be loaded and/or fired with any ammunition. Please note, there will be an associated licensing fee based on the location of licensing, and bidder must satisfy himself as to all licensing and import requirements in his home state or country. Sale Policy for Modern and Antique Firearms:

This sale contains both modern and antique arms. Florida law requires that we utilize a local Federal Firearms Licensee (“FFL”) for the transfer of all of the arms offered in this sale. If you are an out of state Buyer, please have your FFL send a copy of their license to: Guns & Knives, Inc. dba Arizona Shooting Range & Emporium, 4325 North State Rd. 7, Fort Lauderdale, Florida 33319. (“GKI”) Please contact GKI directly related to the shipment of Percussion cap firearms, as in some cases these can be released to you directly and/or shipped to you directly. Florida Residents will need to pick up their purchased items on or after Tuesday February 28, 2012 at GKI or arrange for shipping to another FFL through GKI. A fee of $35/gun, plus shipping and insurance will be charged by GKI to handle the transfer of all arms.

In the case of arms that are to be shipped out of the United States, GKI will coordinate all legal requirements to ship arms out of the United States. Please note that Buyers will be responsible for all applicable licensing, shipping and insurance fees to ship purchased arms out of the United States. A Buyer who plans on shipping a purchased arm out of the United States must satisfy themselves as to arm requirements of the jurisdiction that the arms are being sent.

Buyers are also responsible for standard buyer’s premium to RM Auctions. The determination by GKI as to legal requirements for the transfer of any arm shall be final and your agreement to comply with the transfer requirements shall be deemed to be a condition of sale. All arms are sold “As Is”, as collector items only and we expressly disclaim any warranty that these arms, modern or antique, are suitable for firing live ammunition and/or are safe to be loaded with live ammunition.

D'Armas St. Etienne Model 1873 French Revolver

Equipped with an 11 mm barrel, numbered G27302 inscribed on the frame by the manufacturer. Used primarily by the French Army and Navy in the period. All original and in worn condition, wood grips in fair presentable condition. Some pitting through the metal.

William Muir & Company Muzzle Loading Shotgun

Single-barrel muzzle loading shotgun manufactured by William Muir and Company. Retains its original muzzle loader. With a 34 in. round barrel, wood body and stock with a crescent metal butt. Numbered 58, believed to be circa 1864. All original, shows wear and corrosion/pitting.

Hopkins Double Barrel Muzzle Loading Shotgun

Numbered 8 and believed to be dated circa 1890. With a 28.5 in. 'London Laminated Steel barrel' with extensive engraving and checkering throughout the wood stock and barrel. Appears to be in very good overall condition with some blemishes on the barrel.

Stork Single Barrel Muzzle Loading Shotgun

Numbered 12 (gauge) and believed to be dated circa 1870. With a 30 in. round barrel and wood body and stock with engraving and checkering throughout. Fairly worn original condition, extensive wood chipping along the barrel which is also pitted and shows blemishes.

Replica Double Barrel Dueling Flintlock Pistol

Replica of famous pistols used widely throughout Europe in the 17th and 18th centuries. Inscribed "London" on the frame and was manufactured recently in Spain. Barrels are 7.5 in. long. Replica in very good condition, all wear is a faux patina.
