Sale Policy for Modern and Antique Firearms:
This sale contains both modern and antique arms. Florida law requires that we utilize a local Federal Firearms Licensee (“FFL”) for the transfer of all of the arms offered in this sale. If you are an out of state Buyer, please have your FFL send a copy of their license to: Guns & Knives, Inc. dba Arizona Shooting Range & Emporium, 4325 North State Rd. 7, Fort Lauderdale, Florida 33319. (“GKI”) Please contact GKI directly related to the shipment of Percussion cap firearms, as in some cases these can be released to you directly and/or shipped to you directly. Florida Residents will need to pick up their purchased items on or after Tuesday February 28, 2012 at GKI or arrange for shipping to another FFL through GKI. A fee of $35/gun, plus shipping and insurance will be charged by GKI to handle the transfer of all arms.
In the case of arms that are to be shipped out of the United States, GKI will coordinate all legal requirements to ship arms out of the United States. Please note that Buyers will be responsible for all applicable licensing, shipping and insurance fees to ship purchased arms out of the United States. A Buyer who plans on shipping a purchased arm out of the United States must satisfy themselves as to arm requirements of the jurisdiction that the arms are being sent.
Buyers are also responsible for standard buyer’s premium to RM Auctions. The determination by GKI as to legal requirements for the transfer of any arm shall be final and your agreement to comply with the transfer requirements shall be deemed to be a condition of sale. All arms are sold “As Is”, as collector items only and we expressly disclaim any warranty that these arms, modern or antique, are suitable for firing live ammunition and/or are safe to be loaded with live ammunition.

Colt .36 Caliber Navy Revolver
Octagonal barrel (5.75 in. barrel length) complete with manufacturer info plus extensive inscribing on cylinder including a Wild West scene. Serial number 52904. Excellent wood grips and shows a presentable blue finish, however, hazing on the frame is extensive.
Colt Model 1860 .44 Caliber Single Action Army Revolver
Features an 8 in. round barrel with a six-round capacity cylinder and is numbered 210005. Extensive engraving of a water scene on the cylinder. An excellent representative of the famous Civil war gun. Very presentable condition, blue finish evident, walnut grips in excellent condition.

Features an 8 in. round barrel with a six-round capacity fluted cylinder and is numbered 209121. An excellent representative of the famous Civil war gun. Very presentable condition, blue finish evident, walnut grips in excellent condition.
Please note, though not produced prior to 1899, these percussion Colt revolvers are not subject to the Federal Gun Laws. They were produced on contract in Italy for Colt and are marked as such. In all respects they are continuations of the production of the respective models and continue in the serial range left off by their 19th century counterparts.
