This functional, steam-powered model of an 1899 Stanley-Locomobile Steam Runabout was hand-built to 1:3 scale. Superbly detailed and engineered, the Runabout was built by Salvatore Rubino after the original by twin brothers Francis and Freeland Stanley, of Newton, Massachusetts. It is finely crafted and authentic down to the last detail, including the two-tone black and green painted finish, controls, rubber tires, and leather upholstery.
