This model pays tribute to Ettore Bugatti's visionary airplane, developed just prior to the start of World War II. The Model 100 was intended to challenge air speed records, which in 1939 stood at 469 miles per hour. Due to the outbreak of war, the Model 100 was never tested. Despite this, it is recognized for its many advances in aeronautical design. This example is in very presentable condition.
