One of the nine 1996-specification McLaren F1 GTRs, chassis 12R was driven extensively by the Gulf Racing/GTC team for Ray Bellm and James Weaver. They scored an impressive four victories on their way to the 1996 BPR championship.
This 1:12 scale model features the unique livery of the #6 F1 GTR as raced by J.J. Lehto, Ray Bellm, and James Weaver at Zhuhai 4 Hours on 3 November 1996. It was the last race 12R competed in and the only time it bore this livery. This model is one of only 16 produced by APM Model Workshop. Includes acrylic display case and certificate of authenticity.
