The 1966 Lincoln was unmistakably new, yet unmistakably Continental. With one gaze you can tell that the dynamic design with its graceful contours, was the contemporary expression of the continuing Continental look. The 1966 Continental was the only four-door convertible made in America; executed with great care and craftsmanship to be recognized as one of the industries most distinguished automobiles.

The Lincoln is powered by a 462-cid, 340-hp V-8 engine that is backed by a three-speed automatic transmission; making for smooth-running, yet effective performance. All Continental Convertibles featured leather interior, power steering, brakes (with front discs), windows and front seat. You will also find abundant courtesy lighting, passenger side vanity mirror and full instrumentation. Finished in red with black interior and a white power soft-top that is fully concealed under the rear deck when retracted aiding the sleekness of design. Only 3,180 copies of this model were produced.
