The Continental MK II was one of the most elegant cars of its day costing as much as a new Rolls Royce. Continental at the time of the MK II was its own brand and became a Lincoln model later on as the confusion of it being sold and serviced through Lincoln dealers took hold. These two factors helped keep production very low at approximately 1300 units.
Scarcely seen then and even more uncommon today, a 1956 MK II in the condition of this lot is still capable of providing the buyer with a unique sense of opulence and sophistication.
