The 930 Turbo was Porsche’s top line production car throughout the duration of its production run. Instantly recognizable by the distinctive “Whale Tail” which helps vent more air to the engine for additional power and serving dual purpose as it assists the generation of downforce for aerodynamic stability. The flared wheel wells accommodate the wide rear tires, this broad stance also provides further grip. The dry sump engine is a 200-cid six-cylinder with intercooler and turbocharger, coupled to a four-speed manual gearbox and producing approximately 300 horsepower. At the time of introduction, Car & Driver magazine road tested this model at 0-60 miles per hour in 4.9 seconds, with a top speed in the 165 mph range and impressive skid pad numbers, registering .81g. Braking is provided by four-wheel, ventilated disc brakes.

This immaculate example is finished in Casablanca Beige Metallic with Cork leather seats and interior. The car is equipped with factory options which include limited-slip differential, optional factory mirrors, driver and passenger sport seats and electric sunroof. Other conveniences are found in air conditioning, power windows and door locks, rear window defogger and a Blaupunkt stereo for your listening enjoyment. Coveted accessories consist of the Porsche tool kit, original paperwork, factory brochures and Porsche certificate of authenticity.

To further demonstrate this cars great qualities, it was the first place winner in the Northern Ohio Chapter German Auto Show in 2004, 2005 and 2007. It was placed second in 2006. One of only 1,200 Porsche 930 Turbos built for the United States market. Truly a machine for the most skilled of drivers to take to the limit.
