A total of just 74 ram induction cars with a 361-cid engine were produced and only 41 were Phoenix Two-Door Hardtops. This one was built at the Dodge main Hamtramck assembly line in Detroit, MI 3/13/60 and sold at Ilderton Dodge in High Point, NC. It was reported to have been a moonshine hauler in the Piedmont region of North Carolina. This was validated when one bullet hole in the hood and three in the drivers quarter panel behind the door were repaired. Dennis Haak pruchased the car in 1987. When he found Bob Blouch's Lebanon Legend in 1998 he sold the car to Denny Berk, a Mopar collector in Whitehall, PA.

The car has been featured in numerous collector and muscle car magazines, calendars and cards. Legendary drag racer Bill "Maverick" Golden signed the air cleaner and trunk lid after making it his celebrity pick at the 1997 Carlisle All Chrysler Nationals. He said it closely resembles his original black '60 Dart with the optional all-vinyl custom interior in which he won his first super stock title. According to retired Chrysler vice-president and D-500 Guide author Darrell Davis, as of March 2010, this was the only one of the 41 original 361 ram induction cars he had on file.

The car currently has 17,000 miles, as it has been driven to Florida four times and just recently completed an 800 mile trip to the NHRA Hot Rod Reunion in Bowling Green, KY.
