Opposite side in extremely poor condition and has paint from another sign covering most of the graphic area. RM Grade: 5

Good condition with minor chipping and scratching, minor scuffing and paint transfer, and moderate scratching around the binder clips. Edges show minimal chipping with the bottom edge displaying moderate edge chipping. One binder clip has broken off and is still with the original sign. RM Grade: 6+
